PIXEL BARRACKS PC CLUB is a rooftop computer club, and this page explains — in plain language — what we do with the small amount of information you hand us when you book a gaming station. We ask for as little as possible, and we do not sell any of it.
What we collect
When you use the booking form we collect the details you type in: your name, your email address, the date you want, the spot you prefer (window, core or duo ledge) and the time block you choose. If you join the club-nights list in the footer, we collect only your email address. That is the whole list. We do not ask for a home address, a phone number, or any payment details on this site.
Why we collect it
Your name and email let us hold your station and reach you if plans change — for example, if every window seat fills up and we want to offer you the nearest core row. The date, spot and time block are simply the reservation itself. Club-night emails go out only to people who asked for them, and only occasionally.
How it is stored
Bookings are written to a file on the club's own server so the front desk can see who is coming that evening. Access is limited to staff who run the floor. We keep booking records only as long as they are useful for planning and for sorting out any mix-ups, then they are cleared.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics pixels on this page. There are no data brokers, no ad partners, and no hidden sign-ups. The wish board by the door uses first names or nicknames only, and appears in the club, never online.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it — just mention it at the desk or reply to any email we send you, and we will sort it out. You can leave the club-nights list at any time; every message includes a way to stop. If you have a question about any of this, the front desk is the fastest place to ask.
This page may be updated as the club changes; the current version is always the one you are reading here.
Your rights under data-protection law
This club operates in Poland, so the personal details you share are handled under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Polish Personal Data Protection Act (Ustawa o ochronie danych osobowych). You may ask to access the booking details we hold about you, to correct or erase them, to restrict or object to their use, and to receive them in a portable form. We process your booking data to take steps at your request and to run the floor. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, uodo.gov.pl). To exercise any of these rights, speak to the desk or reply to a booking email.
